An Evening of Astrology, Cello and Water Healing at the Indoor Pool

Join Astrologer Kristen Bala and Sound Healing Cellist Kristen Miller for an unforgettable evening of community, deep relaxation, and transformation. We will begin with a community circle, intention setting, and astrology exploration, followed by a deep relaxation cello, chanting, and himalayan singing bowl sound bath while floating in the warmed pool.
We will discuss one of the biggest astrological transits of the year, when Uranus, the planet of rebellion enters the sign of Gemini, representing a huge seven year shift. The evening will incorporate a sacred water blessing from Nepal, and you will be given the space to come more deeply into yourself and your body, letting the sounds and vibrations of the music help you release and integrate whatever is ready to flow more harmoniously in your system.
After being brought gently out of deep relaxation, participants will enjoy an integration practice and some time to enjoy the pool. A few light snacks will be provided. The water will be a warm 90+ degrees and everyone will be provided with flotation support such as hammock floats and noodles.
What to bring/wear:
Swimsuit, towel and change of clothes.
A journal or paper for writing down intentions.
Signed waiver (e-mailed to you in advance & copies available at arrival).

About Kristen Miller
Kristen Miller is a Billboard Charting Cellist and Shamanic Sound Healer. Classically trained from an early age, Kristen found that she reached a blissful, altered state when she played cello, and this began her exploration into vibrational healing. She has studied soul work and shamanic healing with Ann Drake since 2010, and earned a level 3 sound healing certification from Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School in Boulder Colorado in 2018. Kristen now trains shamanic practitioners in a comprehensive two year program as well as offering shamanic and sound healing workshops.
A recording artist on Heart Dance Records since 2021, Kristen has released numerous solo and collaboration CDs in the New Age and Neoclassical genres, with her cover of Eleanor Rigby reaching over a million spins on Pandora. Kristen was the cellist on Ryan Judd’s guitar and cello record An Open Sky (2018) which won a Zone Music Reporter Award and spent over a year on the Billboard Top 10 Chart for New Age. In addition to solo playing, Kristen also enjoys work as a session cellist, and loves teaching cello to students of all ages. Kristen is the recipient of several awards and scholarships including Jam Magazine’s Female Artist of the Year, and the Zara Nelsova scholarship for excellence in cello playing.
About Kristen Bala
Kristen is an Astrologer and Founder of the Deep End. She came into astrology as a teenager, when her mother, an astrologer and herbalist, taught her the language of the stars and the two of them spent countless hours doing natal charts together. Over the years, Kristen has studied with several leading astrologers and graduated with honors from the Rebecca Gordon Astrology School. She has a background in writing and communications and enjoys using that skillset in her astrology blogs and helping her community. Kristen is an active member of the National Council for Geocosmic Research (Boston Chapter) and the American Federation of Astrologers.
