An Evening of Yin Yoga, Aquatic Movement & Healing at the Indoor Pool
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2024
7:00-9:00pm
Join us for a restorative water retreat as we dive deep into the beauty and stillness of the winter season. We begin our evening together with gentle yin yoga postures around the indoor heated pool, along with some Thai bodywork to help release tension and nourish your body from inside out. Then, you will be invited into the warm water for aquatic yoga to balance the sacral and heart chakras, and allow your nervous system to release and reset. We will end with a floating savasana where you will experience a water healing that includes reiki and sound therapy. This event will be facilitated by Brenna Miller and Kristen Bala.
What to bring/wear:
Loose comfortable clothing with a swimsuit underneath.
A towel and water bottle. No glass by the pool please.
