Almost a decade ago, Jo Jayson, intuitive artist, teacher and author, painted Kali Ma, the beloved but much feared Hindu Goddess.
Kali Ma is the feminine destructive and often terrifying force of creation that destroys all that needs to end and clears the way for the creation of a new beginning. In a 2017 blog Jo describes the beginning of what she called "The Time of Kali" - a “time of great upheaval, chaos, discord and big change. Big change rarely comes without disruption to the status quo and a slow death of something that used to exist, to make way for a new beginning - a new way.”
In 2020, 2021 and 2022, Jo has given presentations on the continuing evolution of this "Time of Kali", and we have seen incredible turmoil and upheaval globally. We have experienced the metaphoric hurricane Jo talked about, politically and socially, plus the effects of a deadly pandemic and now more frequently than ever before, weather that is constantly causing catastrophic devastation. Thousands of people have seen the end of their lives with Covid, wars and the destructive results of climate change. "The Time of Kali" continues and yet is at a pivotal point where much is in the balance for humanity. In part 5, Jo will discuss the messages and predictions she has recently received about where we are right now and what to expect in the coming years and the reason behind this difficult time in history.
